Sudoku - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sudoku mobile application ("the App") developed by Mango Labs ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics and code, is owned by Mango Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The App includes the open source library sudoku.js, used under the MIT License, and other open source components used under their respective licenses.

4. Local Data

Game progress, best scores, win counts and preferences are stored only on your device. We are not responsible for the loss of this data, for example when the App is uninstalled or the device is reset.

5. Updates

We may release updates to the App, including updates delivered automatically when the App starts. Some features may change or be removed as part of these updates.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available from the App's Settings screen.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mango Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
